Where Can I Get A Replacement GED Certificate?

When you complete the GED, the Minnesota Department of Education mails you a GED diploma and a copy of your transcripts.  To replace your GED diploma, see the GED information page at the Minnesota Department of Education Website (education.state.mn.us).  Scroll to the bottom for the GED Records Request Form.
