Introduction to Food Handling -- This course focuses on vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, speaking and basic food safety needed to work in the food service industry. Content areas include: personal hygiene; cross-contamination & allergens; time and temperature; cleaning and sanitation; and food storage. Requirements: Enrolled in ELL Levels 4, 5, 6

Customer Service Class -- This course focuses on customer service skills including: understanding duties in customer service; handling difficult customers; asking open-ended questions; creating networks; practicing job interviews; and keyboarding. Requirements: Enrolled in ELL Levels 5, 6 or higher
